Kiki’s Stocksale offers shipping via PostNL. Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only.
Your order will be shipped the same day if you order before 3pm local time.
Once your order has been shipped you will find the tracking number and instructions in the confirmation email of your shipment. To secure your order a signature is required when receiving your shipment.
Taxes and duties
All orders shipping being shipped to countries within the European Union (EU) are deliverd DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning taxes and/or duties are included in the final price.
For orders shipping being shipped to countries outside the European Union (EU) additional taxes and/or fees may apply in accordance with local customs regulations. These taxes and/or duties are based on the value of your order.
For South Korean residents:
An FTA statement will automatically be added to the commercial invoice, as long as the product(s) purchased is/are from EU origin.
Returns for online purchases
Are you unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, Kiki’s Stocksale offers a 14 day return policy.
Kiki’s Stocksale will issue a full refund including the original shipping costs. The return costs will be borne by the customer.
- Returned items will only be accepted if they are unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- All items must have their original hangtags.
- All items must be returned in original packaging and dust bags must be included.
Try on shoes on a soft or carpeted surface to protect the soles. Return shoes in their original shoe box wrapped in an additional secure box.
We reserve the rights to reject returns if the return requirements are not met. In this case your order will be returned to the original shipping address on the expense of the customer.
You may return your order by a preferred secure carrier of your choice. Please clearly mark the packaging with ‘returned goods’ to avoid customs charges. Kiki’s Stocksale is not responsible for any return customs charges.
Damages / faulty goods
Should you order contain damaged or faulty items, please notify us within 48 hours after the delivery of your order and we will be happy to assist you with returning your products and obtaining a refund.
Kiki’s Stocksale will only issue a full refund if the products meet the same conditions as at the time of delivery as stated above. Once we have received your return and all requirements have been met you will be notified by email. Your refund will be issued within 14 days after receipt, based on the original payment method.
Please take note that refunds can take a while to reflect into your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
